I’m a community-focused team player using my communication skills and scientific background to create relationships and discover breakthroughs that can contribute to the evolution of science. My connection to my environment has led me to the following: SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS Attended Fulton County Board of Health meetings and spoke on panels to represent heterosexual women living with HIV. Volunteered at other HIV community-based organizations (CBOs) within Atlanta. VOLUNTEERISM AIDS HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION (AHF): I’m a member of a private HIV group for women living with HIV to coordinate events for group initiatives. I also supported the brother organization with events community-wide.Throughout my life, personally and professionally, I want my skills and experiences to be the driving force for change.
