Workday adoption at over 97%. • Scaled the business via both organic growth and acquisition from 300 employees in 5 countries to over 1950 employees in 37 countries with historic revenue growth rates exceeding 30%. • Led integration for three global acquisitions. Includes most recently aligning 450 India employees and 75 US employees into Workday, payroll, and benefits structures; harmonizing multiple global entities, designing and corporate retention schemes with 100% targeted retention; and championing company culture. • Shifting from an agency driven recruitment model to an internal agency model, built out the global talent acquisition function to reduce agency fees by 90% in the first year, decreasing time to fill by 10 days, and exceeding prior year hiring targets.
