   iMentor builds mentoring relationships that empower first-generation students from low-income communities to graduate high school, succeed in college, and achieve their ambitions in the post-secondary pathway of their choice.\\\\n\\\\nI am based in iMentor\'s National office as a member of the National Development team, cultivating and stewarding multi-faceted strategic national partnerships with corporations. I was promoted into this role to drive iMentor\'s National corporate strategy and align our regional offices with corporate fundraising best practices and collaboration. I am responsible for cultivating and managing a portfolio of corporate partners. I build relationships with corporations across multiple markets to identify investment, sponsorship, employee engagement, pro-bono, and student support opportunities.\\\\n\\\\nSince joining iMentor in 2019, I have:\\\\n- Doubled the size of our National corporate partner portfolio and tripled our active prospect pipeline\\\\n- Grown corporate revenue 150% to secure $1.5M+ annually\\\\n- Upgraded 80% of our corporate portfolio gifts year over year, which includes securing 3 transformative 7-figure multi-year partnerships.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
