His work focuses on risk-informed growth, regulatory compliance, and building long-term strategic alliances across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.Mr. Agolli began his career in counter-intelligence and border security with the Albanian Army, where he specialized in intelligence collection and threat detection. He later served as a Lead Detective within the Albanian Police Force’s Anti-Trafficking Unit, overseeing investigations into firearms, narcotics, tobacco, and human trafficking in coordination with international law-enforcement agencies. He was injured during the 1997 civil unrest, an event that ultimately led to his relocation and international career.Following his law-enforcement service, Mr. Agolli held senior operational roles in executive and dignitary protection across Europe and the United States, including assignments involving government officials, foreign dignitaries, and corporate executives. He later led security operations in major healthcare systems and luxury hospitality environments, managing crisis response, high-profile protection, and multi-agency coordination.Fluent in English, Albanian, Greek, and Italian, with working proficiency in Spanish, Mr. Agolli is widely recognized for his discretion, integrity, and ability to operate effectively across cultures and jurisdictions.
