Total budget ca.$400 mln. Achieving significant performance improvement, from 3rd to 2nd and now 1st quartile, including strong HSE element.Leads spread rate reduction initiative which achieved a 15% improvement so far.Spearheads application of new downhole technologies to improve well cost and integrity e.g. Bismuth alloys by BiSN, CE-Bond by Centraflow.Set up a snow runs the in-house structured development programme for early career professionals, mentoring all of them: started promoting local engineers replacing expats.
