Summary: Supporting the performance of a system, monitoring, conducting inspections, troubleshooting failures and executing repairs and/or recovery of the controls on the warehouse customers in North America. Responsibilities- Work with the North American Support Center team (NASC) in the incident management related to automation controls such as: PLC (Siemens and Allen Bradley), HMI\'s, drives and Scada\'s for Vanderlande supported material handling solutions- Support of Low-Level-Controls systems, and PLC issues raised by customers- Be able to diagnose, and rectify Low-Level-Controls and PLC faults within tight deadlines - Able to perform PLC (Siemens and Allen Bradley) checks, modifications and updates as needed- Understanding and working on the escalation process when is required- Write up incident summaries and provide reports as and when required- Participate in training sessions related to automation controls.
