I’m a business owner and general contractor who started in painting and quickly learned that running a company has a lot less to do with brushes and a lot more to do with people, systems, and decision-making.I’m the founder and operator of Pristine Painting and Contracting, where I manage residential and commercial projects from planning through completion. Over the past eight years, I’ve built teams, handled logistics, solved problems in real time, and learned that most “construction issues” are really communication issues in disguise.Painting may have been the entry point, but operations, leadership, and accountability are the real work. I focus on building repeatable systems, setting clear expectations, and delivering results that protect both the client’s investment and my reputation. I’m an active real estate investor with experience in short-term and long-term rental properties. That ownership mindset shapes how I approach every project: decisions are made with expectations, efficiency, and long-term value in mind.I enjoy building systems, improving properties, and working with people who value integrity, accountability, and follow-through.
