ABOUT KYLE LIEDEL

As a caddy for six years, I developed valuable skills in customer service, detail orientation, responsibility, and adaptability. I learned the importance of communication with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with their experience. Additionally, as a caddy, I was responsible for keeping track of my clients\' golf bags and equipment, which taught me the importance of being organized and detail-oriented. This experience also required me to be adaptable to unexpected situations, such as inclement weather or changes in schedule. Currently, as a member of the National Honor Society in high school and beyond, I have further developed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership through volunteer work. I have actively participated in organizing and volunteering at community events, such as food drives and charity fundraisers. These experiences have allowed me to strengthen my active listening skills and effectively communicate with team members to achieve common goals. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to develop leadership skills by organizing and leading group projects and initiatives. Moving forward, I aim to continue to build upon the skills I have developed through my past experiences. I intend to seek out opportunities to further develop my strategy and problem-solving abilities in a professional setting. I also plan to use my leadership skills to help guide and motivate team members towards success. Additionally, I want to continue to hone my customer service skills and ensure that clients and customers receive exceptional experiences.
