This balances what’s worked elsewhere with what can work best here, now, and over time.A significant part of my work also involves decision support and adoption strategy across CX, CRM, ERP, planning, and AI solutions. I collaborate with executive teams to surface tradeoffs and align choices to capability models, ecosystem partnerships, operating modalities, and talent, so approved decisions move forward and translate into real impact. This perspective is grounded in strong financial discipline and execution experience, providing focused attention on value, pacing, and predictability when the stakes are high.Today, at Slalom Consulting, I continue this work by guiding enterprise application strategy and serving as a steady presence alongside executive teams as complexity increases, options converge and solutions take shape.I am often someone leaders and partners turn to when initiatives span functions and platforms, or lose momentum.
