This work spanned production product change management, firmware recipe and package management, hardware design collaboration, and formal document management and publishing.• Leading the Production Product Change Management team for Azure Cloud, responsible for assessing and managing hardware and firmware changes across the cloud fleet. The team processes 200+ product changes per month, reduced the active backlog from 1,200 to 300, and significantly accelerated change throughput by applying Lean Six Sigma, automation, and AI driven workflows.
