About K. Lee Smith
A relatively recent move to Asheville has allowed me the opportunity to diversify my skill set to the local real estate community. In serving the greater Atlanta, Georgia residential real estate market since 1985, I concentrated on clients buying and selling single family homes, townhomes and condominiums. I guaranteed my services in writing to my clients and maintained a superior score through an independent survey done of completed transactions. I also worked with many relocating clients throughout the entire metro area. I participated in a mentoring program with several of the new agents quickly becoming top agents in the office. For a year and a half, I served as an interim manager for an office when the office manager/broker was out on medical leave. While there, I hired a new agent who remains at the top of the local association in sales volume. I earned the Atlanta Association of REALTORS Top Producers status for over 20 years. I also served on several Board committees, including Dean of the Leadership Development Program. I was a Director on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Association of REALTORS and served as a Vice President for two years.Specialties: Detailed, thorough real estate brokerage service, Earned Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, Accredited Relocation Specialist (ARS) designation and At Home with Diversity designation.
