Cataldo Ambulance is one of Massachusetts’ largest private EMS providers, delivering over 911 transports annually and supporting a wide range of municipal, hospital, and event-based contracts, including partnerships with Fenway Park and TD Garden. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance efforts, as well as managing cash flow, banking relationships, and debt covenant obligations. The role also directs payer contract strategy across commercial and Medicaid lines, evaluates capital investments in fleet and infrastructure, manages all insurance lines for the company, and supports lease negotiations and maintenance for all base locations.
