ABOUT KLEA CANI

At a very young age, I started studying violin, and therefore growing up I often caught myself wanting perfection in everything I do. As I have grown more mature, I can now recognize and appreciate the beauty of the process itself in every life occurrence. Looking back, it\'s not the huge great concerts with the band that make my heart smile, but it\'s all the days and hours we spent together preparing for the events.Being a part of important events since I was a little child has helped me to master the skill of communicating with anyone at any moment. From my experience of participating in start-ups in high school, teaching classes at the university, and working in different business areas that allowed me to utilize my skills in different manners, to enrolling as an international student in a big city like Toronto, I have seen how effective communication is at the heart of any successful person and business.As I have studied for 4 years in a professional business high school and then became more specialized in university for finance and accounting, I now have the ability to effectively create, evaluate, and improve reporting processes. I can easily be adept in understanding company profiles and operations to successfully carry out a productive working plan. Always feeling driven to support continuous improvement and efficiency for business operations through the identification and implementation of process enhancement opportunities.My colleagues often say that they consider me a value in building relationships and negotiating deals since I am equipped with a diverse and promising skill set, but in fact, at the core of my working routine, I always focus on honoring company ethics, preserving confidentiality and doing the best I can with everything I have. That\'s what makes people have trust in me and build good lasting relationships together and that\'s what I enjoy the most.
