I am responsible for implementing and managing a robust data governance framework and Master Data Management (MDM) practices to achieve organizational objectives. My day-to-day involves rolling out frameworks to improve data quality and protect sensitive data, collaborating with business SMEs, data managers, and development managers to implement sound data governance practices across the organization. I support the development of data management practices and processes and define data quality standards to ensure consistency and accuracy in our data assets.Additionally, I develop tools and services to support the data governance program, including Data Quality Testing, Data Dictionaries, Metadata Management, and Access Controls. My role also involves helping to develop and roll out the data maturity framework, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices. With my proficiency in database platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau and SSRS, I effectively analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
