ABOUT KLAUS DENGLER

My 30-year foundation in Security Technology began in the German Air Force as an Aircraft Avionics Technician. Now, over two decades in Canada, my extensive hands-on experience in the field, installing security systems and designing entire state-of-the-art solutions, has given me a bedrock of knowledge in integrating all spectrums of physical security systems. I have managed a diversity of projects in industries ranging from financial services, health care, government, and education – from simple plug-and-play to complex, multi-platform solutions. As a Consultant and Designer, a huge part of my role is being able to communicate the plan and design; understanding the complexities, knowing the capabilities, and how it will work in different situations is something I embody from my earlier roles as a Service Technician and Integrator Specialist working in the field with the physical equipment. While I’ve been acclaimed for being a “tome of knowledge that doesn’t run dry,” I believe in keeping an open and adaptive mindset and am constantly learning new technologies – and happily sharing my knowledge through training and mentoring others in this amazing and complex industry!
