For years I have been working in different marketing and sales positions in the chemical industry and became an expert for silicones over time, while working with the world\'s leading companies on applications of silicones. Examples are silicones plastic additives for polymers, silicones for textiles and leather applications, silicone adhesives, silicone sealants, silicone coatings, and silicone resins for automotive and electronics applications as well as the use of liquid silicone rubber. Today I have the global responsibility for new business development for performance silicones. I look back to broad management experience and cross-functional team leadership in the marketing and sales area as well as in quality management and sustainability. I am author and co-author of several articles concerning the use and application of silicones and their use with other polymers. I\'m passionate about sharing my knowledge silicones and look always forward to share this knowledge in order to generate new applications and business opportunities for silicones.
