ABOUT KLAUS EBERHARD
Klaus Eberhard leads Egon Zehnder’s Stuttgart office. He advises industrial companies on leadership and governance challenges on the path to net zero, focusing on building materials, machinery and solutions. Klaus also has extensive experience in placing CEOs and CTOs/COOs in Deep Tech scale-ups, ranging from electric mobility to fusion energy. He is passionate about helping clients make fundamental technology shifts a reality by building their leadership teams, boosting team effectiveness, and navigating the challenges of their fast-paced, complex business environments. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Klaus served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in Stuttgart and Vienna, focusing on strategy, organization, and transformation in the automotive, machinery and defense industries. Klaus earned a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Srategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen before going on to complete a PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
