Since June 2020 Klaus Beilenhoff is in charge of the Strategy and Innovation planning and consolidation at UMS GmbH in Ulm. In this role, he is in continuous contact to national and European research entities and funding organisations in order to coordinate the R&D activities for GaAs/GaN technology development and research. Klaus Beilenhoff is also active member of various expert and advisory groups at European Space Agency, European Defense Agency and other national and European institutions.
