About Laurel Keller

Building on a hotel-based operational and advisory foundation, I provide valuation and advisory services for existing and proposed lodging and leisure-related hospitality assets domestically and abroad. In addition to hotels and resorts, I\'ve studied more than 500 attractions including multisport complexes, sleepaway camps, RV parks and campgrounds, family and social entertainment centers, observation wheels and decks, and indoor and outdoor waterparks and amusement parks. I\'ve completed appraisal and consulting work in 47 U.S. states, Canada, Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain, and have studied individual assets ranging in value from less than $1 million to well over half a billion dollars. I have worked with major hospitality brands and management companies as part of numerous assignments, and have extensive knowledge of brand criteria, best practices, and current market trends. I’ve also been a speaker at major hotel conferences and provided litigation support related to tax appeals.
