About Kl Johnson
As the founder and CEO of Lorde LLC, I have spent over a decade leading innovative efforts to combat human trafficking. My work includes the dismantling of sex trafficking rings, policy development for the city of Atlanta, and advocacy at local, national, and international levels. In addition to this, I have experience as a substance abuse professional and currently serve as a Campaign Coordinator for AFLICO in Birmingham, AL.With a deep commitment to social justice, I’m driven by a passion for creating sustainable change through activism, education, and art. My poetry and music blend these elements, amplifying voices and experiences from marginalized communities while sparking revolutionary thought. I’m also the creator of Trapwomanism, a framework that bridges the intersection of womanism, street culture, and my roots in Atlanta.I thrive in spaces that challenge the status quo, and I’m dedicated to pushing forward the Atlanta Renaissance—a movement to bring creativity and social change to the forefront of culture.My work as the artist Trapheauxly is informed by a commitment to technical excellence, recently evidenced by my admission into Juilliard Extension via Yellowbrick, where I am further honing my craft alongside the world’s leading artistic faculty.
