Designed, implemented and launched the first version of a new initiative called Local Ads, which allows local and regional businesses to advertise their products or services through Sponsored Display on Amazon offsite (APS and 3PX) and O&O (IMDB and Twitch), in their areas of service or locations of strategic importance. • Designing and developing the next versions of Local Ads. • Coordinating with leadership to prepare roadmap for the Local Ads team. • Coordinating with Product Managers to gather business requirements. • Engaging in operational excellence to improve the overall performance of the system. • Participating in all design discussions related to new and existing projects. • Participating in technical discussions with other senior engineers to develop and deliver scalable solutions. • Reviewing other SDE’s code changes to better align the structure of the logic with the team’s best practices, as well as to catch unintended bugs.
