Research + Teaching Interests:My primary research focuses on the social, cultural, and linguistic implications of language study abroad in a multilingual West African country. I also investigate the sociolinguistics of globalization, superdiversity, and the Linguistic Landscape in multilingual West African contexts. Teaching: My courses focus on the connections between Africa and the Global. My current courses include- African multilingualism and the global economy- Africa\'s agency and influence in global affairs and the overall world systems.
