ABOUT KONSTANTINA KOSTADINOVSKA
I operate at the intersection of science and commercial strategy in life sciences, bringing together a research background in molecular medicine, hands-on experience scaling diagnostic operations, and global product management across biotech and drug discovery. My career has been shaped by a belief that the best commercial outcomes come from truly understanding the science. Starting in the lab and moving into product and strategy roles gave me a perspective that is rare: I can work credibly with R&D, translate complexity for sales teams, and make sound decisions at the portfolio level. At Miltenyi Biotec, I currently co-lead the commercial development of lino Biotech AG, a Zurich-based company and the world\'s only provider of focal molography, a label-free platform for measuring protein interactions in biologically complex environments. The technology addresses a real gap in drug discovery workflows, and bringing it to market means working across instrument positioning, biopharma customer development, and company integration simultaneously. Before this, I managed a global cell separation portfolio from market entry strategy through to cross-functional product launches. I am completing an MBA at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, graduating in June 2026, with international modules at Columbia Business School and National University of Singapore. My academic focus has been in corporate strategy, innovation management, and M&A, complementing an MSc in Molecular Medicine from Universitätsmedizin Göttingen.
