About Kyle Koppenheffer

At Noramco, I oversee a multi-product manufacturing building that produces API pharmaceuticals. My background in this industry has refined my ability to work in an atmosphere that is strictly compliant to FDA, DEA, and cGMP regulations. Throughout my time here, I’ve led cross-functional project teams focused on technical transfer of APIs in and out of my production building. My scope in these projects include process design, batch log development, process and cleaning validations, and more. My day-to-day activities focus on keeping my plant running with little to no downtime events and keeping the OEE for my building at an adequate rating. I consistently work with Operations and Maintenance to deal with immediate issues that arise during production. I track critical to quality attributes across all processes and monitor for outliers. If an upset were to occur, I determine an immediate path forward for production then lead a cross-functional investigation to determine root cause and corrective actions for moving forward. I keep a positive attitude despite the heavy workload and fast-paced environment. My consistently positive attitude and willingness to help fellow co-workers has been noted at all performance reviews.In my life, I put a constant emphasis on self-improvement through goal-setting, mentoring, reading, and learning. I have both personal and professional goals that I track and work towards daily. I have discovered a hidden passion for mentoring through my management of the co-op program, where I guide college interns throughout their time in the company. I make an effort to read every day, on topics such as habit formation, focusing and time management techniques, and interpersonal relations. I have recently picked up an interest in Real Estate Investment with an end-of-year 2019 goal of acquiring my first rental property within the Greater Philadelphia Area.
