I am currently a Ph.D. candidate and looking for job opportunities in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics- 3+ years of combined academic and industry experience in PK/PD modeling and simulation- Former clinical pharmacology summer intern at Novartis and DMPK modeling co-op at GSK- Proficient in non-compartmental analysis (NCA), population PK and PK/PD modeling, exposure-response analyses, tumor growth inhibition, time-to-event modeling and PBPK modeling and simulation- Hands on experience with Monolix, WinNonlin, Phoenix NLME, GastroPlus, Simcyp and R (dplyr, ggplot2).

   Designed and conducted PK studies of mithramycin and its lead analogue, MTMSA-Trp, in mouse, rat and monkey to assess interspecies PK differences between two compounds- Developed a preclinical tumor growth inhibition and time-to-event (TGI-TTE) modeling framework for MTMSA-Trp to link TGI and PK metrics with survival outcome- Built PBPK model of MTMSA-Trp from preclinical data to predict human PK- Built a PBPK model of olverembatinib using adult clinical PK data and scaled to pediatric population to predict exposure in children across age groups.
