About Kk del Riego

I speak many languages—Spanish, start-ups, UX. throw in some pizza, and I might even bust out my Italian. I love connecting with awesome people who speak these languages too (figuratively and literally)! I am an applied behavioral scientist, futurist and culture nerd. Throughout my career, I have worn many hats across a mix of industries all over the world, tied together by one mission: designing smart, human-centered solutions for organizations doing meaningful work. Through my work across a diverse range of roles in the technology sector, I have served as a passionate connector and enabler: bringing organizations closer to the needs of their customers, supporting new start-ups in their success, and developing meaningful digital products.

   Teach Behavioural Design, Entrepreneurship and Human-Centered Design classes to professionals throughout Latin America. In addition to teaching regularly at Collective Academy, taught at academic institutions like Tecnológico de Monterrey and UNAM in Mexico and Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología in Peru, as well as for executive education with clients like Visa, HSBC, Rimac, and Doctoralia.
