My role is to bridge the gap between design and execution, managing RFIs and submittals in Procore, ensuring quality control, and making sure every action on site aligns with the project\'s critical path.My path to project management has been intentionally diverse. From optimizing $125M global logistics networks at Hewlett Packard to founding and scaling my own heavy freight company, I\'ve learned that every successful operation, whether in a boardroom or a construction site, hinges on the same principles: meticulous planning, proactive risk management, and clear communication.My drive is to take these experiences and apply them to a full-scope project management role where I can own project outcomes from pre-construction to closeout.
