I\'m currently focused on high-growth areas within Google Ads, where I lead the Incentives charter. It\'s all about driving product adoption and growth—and it\'s paying off, helping generate a BIG sizable incremental revenue.Before this, I had the incredible chance to tackle a major 0-to-1 initiative for Google Workspace (GWS) on. I led the charge to build and land a turnkey, cloud-native migrations and identity sync suite. This wasn\'t just a new feature; it was a comprehensive suite that replaced and consolidated 14+ existing on-prem products into one modern solution, making customer onboarding dramatically easier.My expertise is in owning the product lifecycle end-to-end. This involves defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex product areas, and writing the critical PRDs that make it all happen. I successfully launched key products like Directory Sync and Seamless file and email migration tools (think moving from MS OneDrive to Google Drive, MS email to gMail etc), impacting over 90% of new GWS customers onBoarding from Microsoft to the Google ecosystem. I also know how to manage the tough transitions, having successfully led the deprecation of multiple legacy products (GWMHN, GCCHN, GCRS, Password Vault). This involved securing executive buy-in and handling the communication strategy every step of the way. I\'m highly experienced in the \"landing\" side of things too, not just with products but as well regularly running workshops, webinars, and high-stakes leadership demos informed by deep user research to ensure products don\'t just launch, they succeed.
