As a child I always wanted to help those around me who were less fortunate. I recall asking my mom if we could by shampoo for a girl in my class and drop it off at her house. I was very goal driven and wanted to see my peers also succeed. Even if it was just shampoo for clean hair! Helping others has always been a path that I have followed throughout my career. After graduation, I helped children with disabilities learn to swim. My work led me to provide therapy to persons with brain injury. While my children were little, I was able to work from home and help moms provide the best quality products for their children. This remains true today throughout my work in the health arena. I remain goal driven to help patients in the hospital through blood donation.
