As a partner at advores and a specialist in German employment law, I combine legal competence with practical solutions that work across borders.My everyday life is about being an attentive sparring partner. When a Danish export company is hiring in Germany, issuing a warning or terminating an employment relationship, I step in and explain the German rules, for example, when a handwritten signature is required and what it means for their processes. I see it as my job to communicate at eye level so that the law becomes a tool, not a barrier.At advores, it\'s all about making connections.
