   Docusign is the leading business in the eSignature space. My team, Sales Process Strategy and Design, was tasked with creating sales motions. The overall goal being to increase our sales pipeline and GNMRR- Built metrics for sales motions that the Sales Process Strategy and Design team created. These metrics would be used to measure adoption, and the success of the program. These sales motions would be used by an international sales team. Notable projects include Opportunity Execution and Account Planning- Delivered ad hoc analyses as requested by management. These were typically delivered within a tight deadline- Analyzed data to see what improvements could be made to programs post launch- Led meetings and discussions with senior leadership around analyses I created- Created dashboards for management to use in Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Sheets- Using data, I found opportunities to get more GNMRR out of our deals using small tweaks to our current sales motions- Worked across several teams to start measuring data points that were previously never tracked in our Salesforce.
