Developed PSP strategic imperatives, patient personas, and insights-driven patient blueprint for Onboarding and Adherence, supporting customization of a new SFHC CRM build. Developed content strategy, multi-channel engagement strategy, and measurement plans for asset launches. Worked closely with a Patient Panel and conducted Market Research to gather insights and iterate content for PSP and two branded assets. Led PSP launch planning and prioritization activities against a $1.8M budget. Worked closely with HCP and DTC Marketing Colleagues for pull-through. First Line Leader to 1 Marketing Manager. • Partnered with Global on program naming and positioning, generated patient insights via market research, and co-led branding, message development, and testing. Led Local pull-through of Globally approved content and collaterals. • Led Digital Innovation RFP to identify and select a 3rd party vendor to enhance patient engagement capabilities. • Re-prioritized plans and budget for launch acceleration due to one asset receiving Priority Review.
