ABOUT KJ KAILEE AUSTIN

As a rising junior at Arizona State University, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication and recently added a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management. I’m passionate about exploring the intersection of communication and operational strategy, and I’m eager to continue developing my skill set in both areas.I currently serve as the Vice President of Education for the Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity at ASU. In this leadership role, I oversee educational programming and provide support and resources to our chapter, leading and working closely with a team to ensure we meet our goals and uphold our values.This past summer, I held two internship positions focused on marketing and project development. I worked with CASA of Maricopa County to strengthen their partnership with Kappa Alpha Theta, supporting their outreach efforts through event planning, fundraising, and community engagement. I also interned with Cogir Senior Living, where I contributed to marketing initiatives for over 120 senior living communities across the nation, including managing social media, collaborating with marketing agencies, and supporting strategic campaigns. I’m excited to continue working with Cogir into the fall.As I grow professionally, I remain committed to learning, adapting, and contributing meaningfully wherever I go. I’m driven to develop impactful skills and make a difference through thoughtful, results-oriented work.
