Hello, I\'m Kiv! I come from humble beginnings in the great City of Chicago. My passion is positive impact, and bridging the gap between great opportunities and those in need of opportunity. Currently, I serve as Interim-program manager of a residential group home licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, which operates 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. It is an honor to serve youth in need in my hometown. Most well known for: • Being a people-leader, a servant-leader, and a youth-leader• A down to earth teammate that is passionate about the individual and team successes combined• Improving processes, letting data do the talking• Information technology, business operations, infrastructure & events • Building relationships, building networks, bridging gaps, culture-building• Loves cross-functional work, challenging projects at scale• Someone who strongly believes in inclusivity and belonging, and creating those environments to help As a kid, I did not fantasize about growing up to be on a great team or accomplishing \"KPIs\", implementing agile change, becoming a leader for people and programs. I didn\'t dream of becoming a servant leader. or know what that is, but those are some of the things I enjoy most about my work experiences. That process of working towards new heights, building teams and systems, and then combining that with a mission of providing a service where it is needed, I couldn\'t ask for a better way to earn a living.
