I love creating content that has a purpose, is accessible, and delivers results. I find it’s most important with content design to have an empathetic and perceptive approach by putting the user first and deeply considering the problem I’m trying to solve. Writing is an important and impactful part of creating a product, with the power to bring people together and provide the necessary context and support to solve problems.I feel so fortunate to be able to do what I love. I’ve been a content strategist for a decade, with my current and last two roles specializing in UX writing. I’m fortunate to have had life experiences such as traveling to Lincoln, England, to study abroad at the University of Lincoln, and interning in Dublin, Ireland, as a business journalist at BusinessPlus. I have experience in many fields, including product design, journalism, marketing, and PR.
