About Kitty McBride
Early in my career I learned that I loved finding better ways to do things. From streamlining healthcare delivery for patients in a physician\'s practice to finding better ways to implement software for both the healthcare and Source to Settle market, I am in my element. With more than 20 years\' experience in Operations and Professional Services, I\'ve led teams and clients through process and change to adjust to market needs. I currently work for JAGGAER, a leading provider of cloud based software solutions, as the Vice President of Professional Services for the US and Canada. In this role, I support a team of skilled professionals comprised of Directors, Managers and individual contributors to provide industry leading guidance on application configuration, associated process and usage of our solution to clients and partners in a variety of verticals. My teams deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency in many well known companies and institutions and support global system integrators across North America and the globe.My core competencies and passion surround team building and leadership, change management, skilled communication, relationship management, negotiation, process improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles and approaching business problems with simple critical thinking.
