ABOUT KIT SZYBALA

Kit L. Szybala is Founding Partner and Managing Director at GMA. Kit manages GMA\'s day to day operations, infrastructure, and strategic initiatives, while leading numerous engagements on behalf of the firm, including, but not limited to, feasibility studies, due diligence assignments, strategic planning assessments, operational assessments, and market assessments. Kit also serves as a strategic advisor to a diverse client base on issues ranging from master planning to interactive development.While at GMA, Kit has created over 350 robust financial models in various markets globally. As a part of completing these financial models, he has evaluated over 400 casinos and integrated resorts while travelling to gaming markets across the world. Kit has in-depth experience in various markets with broad knowledge of markets in the United States, Canada, India, Japan, and Australia. He has prepared several white papers to educate the industry on new potential markets, including “Gaming in India: An Evaluation of the Market’s Potential” and “Japan Integrated Resorts.” Mr. Szybala is a visiting lecturer on casino feasibility analysis at the UNR’s School of Continuing Education and on entrepreneurship with UNLV Black Fire Innovation. He is a periodic contributor to Global Gaming Business (GGB) Magazine and Asia Gaming Brief and is often referenced for market insights in gaming industry articles. Kit frequently participates on panels and presents at industry conferences, seminars, and events, including ICE Totally Gaming and Sports Betting and Gaming India. Kit was appointed to the 20••••19 Class of the Emerging Leaders of Gaming 40 Under 40, a program that recognizes gaming industry professionals under the age of 40 who are making significant impacts on the industry.Kit graduated from Southern Methodist University as a Hunt Leadership Scholar with a B.B.A. in Finance, B.A. in International Studies – European Concentration, and minor in History.
