KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead complex, large-scale projects from scoping to completion with a long-term impact on a product, technology or architecture of PxT Technology HCM. • Develop a process excellence strategy that will build capability and drive a culture of continuous improvement (kaizen, lean, root causing etc.). Think holistically and strategically to plan, organize, and drive complex and milestone driven projects to ensure end-to-end success for the user • Simplify processes and technologies, decompose complex problems into straightforward solutions, evaluate and analyze the efficiency of services and process to drive reduction in VCPU. Govern product development efforts, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, development, and launch efforts. • Create, maintain, and disseminate project information confidently and on a regular basis to Amazon senior executives, senior leadership teams, and key stakeholders.
