I make complicated technical products simple for the end-users, and can easily switch between creative product design, managing agile engineering teams, or analyzing user data.I\'m a customer-obsessed product manager, who thinks great features start by talking to users. I excel at creating order out of chaos and can take rough themes and turn them into a roadmap of features. I seek to understand customers, through user stories, research and most importantly talking to them. So I can develop features that take users from banging their keyboard in frustration to writing rave reviews. Working at every stage of the project allows me to see the bigger picture, and understand why that amazing animation in my Figma design is going to be a pain for the engineering team and delay when a feature ships.
