Having been on a baseball team since t-ball, I\'ve learned that working with others and leading others to succeed is something I know very well. I\'m also able to communicate with others effectively to achieve the necessary goal. The last 3 years I\'ve spent demonstrating this to clients with Redfin. Continually showing homes to buyers, following up with feedback and communicating with lead agents on clients needs has sharpened these skills. In addition, 16 years of baseball experience and 13 years of piano lessons has taught me time-management and commitment to numerous extracurricular activities.
