I am an accomplished public health professional with over 20 years of experience in healthcare management, program development, and community health leadership. My career is defined by a strong commitment to advancing health equity, expanding access to care, and driving strategic initiatives that strengthen community health outcomes.As the Community Health Worker Supervisor at Novant Health, I lead a dedicated team focused on addressing social determinants of health, building community partnerships, and implementing outreach strategies that connect individuals to vital health and social resources. My leadership emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and measurable impact in improving the well-being of the communities we serve.I hold a Master of Public Health from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Chicago State University.
