With over 13 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, and leadership, I am dedicated to advancing educational institutions through meaningful donor engagement and strategic development initiatives. At The Rashi School, I lead with purpose—crafting and executing campaigns that deepen relationships and drive transformational results aligned with the school\'s mission and vision.Most recently, we successfully completed a $35M+ Comprehensive Capital Campaign, partnering closely with the Head of School, Board of Trustees, volunteers and senior leadership. I work to design and implement long-term fundraising strategies. I oversee a talented team of four, including marketing and communications professionals, and lead a group of 25 volunteer solicitors.My focus is on building an inclusive and sustainable culture of philanthropy—strengthening participation and donor retention across key constituencies, including alumni, current and former parents, grandparents, and friends of the school.
