I\'ve seen firsthand the impact when these departments align around a shared vision, rather than operating in silos with separate goals. With over 20 years in the homebuilding and design industry, I bring a rare combination of cross-functional leadership and customer-centered strategy. With experience on both the builder side and the vendor/supplier sides, I\'ve built regional sales and design teams, optimized purchasing for margin growth, launched multi-market design studios, and led strategy and operations across three Texas markets. These roles have given me a 360-degree view of how the homebuyer experience is built from the inside out. Every touchpoint across these departments is a chance to elevate the brand and create trust for the customer - while also building loyalty, culture, and legacy within the people of the organization.
