About Kishore Rangarajan
As an Assistant Professor in the Department of Automobile Engineering at Kumaraguru College of Technology, I have been teaching and mentoring students for over seven years, while also managing the SAE Collegiate Club and the department budget. I have developed and delivered courses on various topics related to automotive system design, and e-vehicle technologies, and contributed for curriculum development and sustainable product development initiatives. I have also been involved in industry-academia partnerships and global university collaborations, enabling knowledge exchange and innovation in the field of mobility.One of my proudest achievements was being a technical advisor and mentor for the motorsport clubs at Kumaraguru, where I helped students design and build vehicles for national and international competitions. I have also published a paper on the development of a single pedal system for people who have undergone leg amputation, which was presented at FISITA 2018. Additionally, I have earned multiple certifications in business analytics, electric vehicles and mobility, and design and analysis of ATV using ANSYS software.My passion and expertise in motorsport engineering, combined with my educational background and industry exposure, have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to contribute to the advancement and transformation of the automotive sector. I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods, and to collaborate with other professionals and students in the field.
