Review and approve of the refunds and Write off. • Billing Team: Ensuring all the request for invoice and credit memo is posted with in the TAT. Highlighting to the stakeholder in case of delay on any request due to the dependency. Performing SOX control audit to verify all the credit requests are posted with proper approval metrics. • Sales Audit: Daily Reconciliation of the transaction that is made in the store through POS system is loaded in SAP. Corrections of store transaction in case of any error before those are loaded in the main account system (SAP). 3 way match of the transactions between bank, POS system and SAP during the month end close. • Ensured timely and accurate month-end closing, performing SOX-compliant quality checks to maintain zero non-compliance.• Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and implemented one-on-one backup plans for team and process continuity.• Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders, including store operations, customer support, Cash Collectors, accounting controllers and sales teams, to ensure efficient business operations.• Conducted team development initiatives, including monthly career growth sessions, daily huddles, and a scorecard system to drive performance and appraisals.• Key Projects & Achievements:• Led a global project to change the POS system within stores, resulting in 2 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) savings from my team. • Implemented a BOT for the billing team, reducing processing time by 40% and achieving 1 FTE savings.
