I am a Chartered Accountant with a passion for finance and investment banking, holding a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University. My academic journey was driven by a keen interest in corporate finance, valuation, and capital markets. During my studies, I developed strong analytical and quantitative skills, which have been instrumental in my professional growth. Additionally, my participation in investment banking simulations from global leaders like JPMorgan Chase and Citi reflects my commitment to continuous learning and excellence.I bring over five years of dynamic experience in front-office investment banking roles. At Resurgent India Limited, I managed complex debt syndication projects, leading financing proposals from preparation to fund disbursement and engaging with top financial institutions to secure optimal outcomes. Prior to this, I honed my private equity expertise at Saffron Capital Advisors, developing detailed financial models, valuations, and investment memorandums. My work spanned diverse industries, including aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and real estate. Earlier, my role at SigniFinance Capital Advisors involved enterprise valuations, forensic audits, and debt restructuring, contributing to robust financial insights for public sector banks. Key projects include leading IPOs and FPOs totaling over ₹700 Crores and structuring innovative financing for large commercial properties.Looking ahead, I aim to deepen my expertise in capital markets, strategic financing, and M&A advisory.
