Experienced and self-motivated Project Manager bringing forth over 15 years of experience serving as an effective Project Manager for Internal & External R&D Projects. Project Management: Key functions to coordinating with all the departments from the initiation of project to closure. As soon as Project starts, a kick off meeting will be arranged to discuss on the details of Project scope & charters along with commitment on timelines from each stakeholder. Prioritize the project schedule in line with the organizational goals and objectives. Organize internal project team meetings and update the project status to the key stake holders. Keeping track of Project milestones, detailed timelines and issue logs after Project initiation. Identification of risks and their mitigation plans, maintaining risk register. Coordination and resource planning for the projects, Development, Technology transfer and Exhibit batches. Coordinate with PPMC for plant capacity planning activities to do Exhibit batch planning Reporting the progress of projects to Management and stakeholders from time to time and keep them informed about delays or risks. Organizing Project controlling meetings to keep track on project costs & milestones. Organizing Stage gate reviews to discuss completion of one phase and take go ahead from stakeholders for moving to next phase. Providing support to core team members for timely tracking & resource management by utilizing project management procedures & software’s. Preparing MIS reports like Project status reports, project risks, batch planner, resource utilization report etc. Coordination between different locations like R&D and Manufacturing location as well as between different departments like API Development, Formulation Development, Analytical Development, Regulatory, Intellectual Property, QA, QC, Production, Packaging, Marketing, Finance & Controlling etc. Third party / Inlicensing development (Outsourced development/Manufacturing): 1.Initiating new product proposal for outsourced / inlicensing development 2. CRO/CMO evaluation from best project proposal. Evaluation of CDA/ MSA & sharing the proposols to BD team 3. Tracking and monitoring timelines to meet business outcomes.
