Understanding of the project lifecycle from Project initiation, kick-off, planning, Implementation, monitoring, and closure of a project. • Manage and assess the projects by tracking projects progress and highlighting projects at risk in meetings with higher management and PM’s. • Tracking projects for documentations and reporting using various dashboards and performing weekly checks for ensuring no delays. • Management Reports tracking and keeping a weekly check using MS tools for all the projects. • Working on automating tasks for managing projects & other task to ensure all are adhering to the principles and the guidelines. • Governance of projects using report guides. • Ensuring risk management by documenting risks and dependencies during initiation and kick-off of the projects as well as managing scope changes. • Keeping a check over backlog issues over GoodDay for the projects to ensure consistent quality of backlog. • Managing smooth handover and dependencies inter-teams as well as intra-teams. • Escalate the issues to concerned teams (in case a fix is needed, or any clarification is needed) and deal with cross team communication and functions. • Working closely with Product owners and Engineers to effectively communicate the priorities and requirements. • Working to identify the priority projects and task that need attention by using MS excel & Power BI • Presenting weekly achievements and monthly made progress to senior management during internal meetings. • Dealing with clients over calls for discussing progress, challenges, project plans, scope and risks every week. • Hands on experience with PowerPoint Presentations, MS Teams, Share point, Minutes preparation for presenting and discussing status with clients. • Hands on experience with GoodDay-Project Management tool & MS tools.
