About Kishor Wikhe

I have over 33 years of experience in BFSI, Business Services and Enterprise Technology. My expertise is built around devising business strategy, P&L management, Post Merger Integration, scaling global delivery and operations, driving large scale digital transformation programs. In my current role as Head, Sogeti India I am responsible for P&L management, spearheading strategic initiatives to elevate business performance, and implementing forward-thinking measures to future-proof portfolios. I lead a team dedicated to driving innovation and fostering thought leadership across Sogeti India. Before moving to Sogeti, I was leading Global Delivery Centers Transformation, driving Capgemini\'s footprint, efficiency and scalability by setting up new centers and transforming existing ones. Prior to this role, I was India Integration Head, Capgemini Engineering wherein I delivered post-merger integration of Altran India operations into Capgemini India with major focus on driving synergies with dedicated governance. Previously as a Global COO, Business Services (BSv), Capgemini, I was responsible and accountable for profitability, growth and overall operations of the BSv GBL. Key initiatives included driving digitalization, high quality end-to-end service delivery management, reskilling, industrialized innovation, organization transformation, change management and competitiveness. As a key member of the Executive Committee, I played an instrumental role in managing GTM and client satisfaction strategies as well. Before this, I was Global head of Group Managed Services, Capgemini, where I was responsible for delivering managed services across Capgemini Globally,Before joining Capgemini, I worked with Symphony Services Corp.(India), and Kanbay (now Capgemini) where I held P&L responsibility and drove growth for one of TCS’s most successful US territories.I hold a master’s degree in engineering in Electronics and Control Systems from BITS - Pilani, India, where I finished top of my batch. I also pursued an Executive program on “Strategies and Leadership in Supply Chain” from Stanford Graduate School of Business.I was awarded the IT Excellence Award in 2010 and 2011 by the Indira Group of Institutes (in collaboration with Pune University) and the ASM Excellence Award from the ASM College of Commerce, Science & IT in 2015. I am a fitness enthusiast and love cycling. I am also an avid reader.
