Like – Elevator, Escalator etc. The only Elevator and Escalator Company to make it to the Top 50 of the Forbes Since 2011.Work Profile: Looking after Debtors. Monitoring payment to be received within Credit Limits given to the party, Reconciliation of the same at the time of Lift Handing Over. Preparing Daily MIS for BM to understand Business position - vertical wise i.e. NEB ( New Business), SEB ( Service Elevators) ESB (Escalators Business) VB ( Modernisation) locationwise, clientwise. To verify and guide Sales Team about contractual compliances and to take corrective measure before signing the contract and to check provision for each head has been correctly provided as per fixed percentage with CMII%. Authorisation of Contract/ Work Order recd from the Customer. To follow- up with Branch Finance Executive to take Collection Review once in a Week, to Flash outstanding > 120 days, IT / WCT certificate not collected data, EMD/ SD/ Retention money not collected Data with Respective Sales person and update the Remarks. To verify and understand the reason behind giving CREDIT NOTE to customer with proper approval of MD/ RD.
